FREDLA’s team members have lived the experience of raising children with mental health and/or substance use treatment needs and in supporting adults with similar challenges. Transcending the toll this responsibility has taken on their lives, team members have dedicated their professional careers to advancing positive change through collaboration with other families and various system stakeholders. Their professional pathways have included a range of senior management positions in family, provider, state, and managed care organizations as well as the banking and insurance industries.
