Ryann’s personal experience includes being both a parent of a child with mental health challenges, and that of being a youth and adult with similar needs.  Her professional experience spans over fifteen years in the marketing, insurance and banking industries, holding roles in both management and supervisory positions. Her training has covered areas such as HIPAA compliance in order to evaluate and verify sensitive confidential consumer information.  Her quality control experience has included data extraction, formatting and analysis to assess the critical need for training and to develop and deliver training and materials targeted to prevent or remediate problems. Her professional experience includes several years in tracking, maintaining and ensuring validity of fiscal data.
