Executive Leadership

Executive Directors and CEOs are the chief/lead for developing strategies and advancing innovative ideas for programs, along with raising funds to carry out the mission of the organization. Executive leaders are trusted to execute the mission and work of the organization at a high level and are visionary leaders. In a family-run organization, the executive leadership should have the lived experience of caring for a child, youth or young adult with social, emotional, substance use or multi-system challenge.
